1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeepBlunder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DeepBlunder is a web-based chess analysis platform that provides game analysis powered by Stockfish and AI coaching. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI-generated content, is owned by DeepBlunder. Chess games you upload remain yours. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI coaching responses are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBlunder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page, which permanently removes all your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
